here we go again. it's been a least a decade since I thought seriously about running a blog again
starting again from scratch
i'll document what I did here to get this happening
and hopefully what I ended up having to do to restore the content from my previous sites at some point in the future ...
new vm, installed old node/nodejs/npm, v0.11 ghost
regex replaced emoji with :-)
hacks to sql to accept date format

imported into this build - success!!
